What's the difference between Pro and Unlimited?

Pro gives you 50 articles and 150 conversations per month, plus custom domains, API access, staff accounts, and branding removal. Unlimited removes all caps — unlimited articles and conversations with the same feature set, plus priority support.

Why is HelpdeskHero so affordable?

We don't believe in per-seat pricing or feature gating that forces you to pay hundreds of dollars just for basic support tools. Every plan includes the core features — AI answers, SEO, messaging, ticketing. You only pay more when you need higher limits or premium extras.

What happens if I downgrade?

If you have more articles than your new plan allows, the excess articles are automatically unpublished but not deleted. They're saved as drafts and will be automatically republished if you upgrade again.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan.

How does billing work?

Payments are processed securely through Polar. You can pay with a credit or debit card. Invoices and billing history are available through your billing portal.
