You can serve your help center from your own subdomain — help.yourdomain.com, docs.yourdomain.com, anything you like.
Step 1: Add the domain in Helpdesky
Dashboard → Settings → Custom domain → Add domain. Paste the full hostname.
Step 2: Add the DNS records
You'll get two records. Add both at your DNS provider:

DNS propagation usually completes in 5–30 minutes. The status badge on the domain card flips to Verified automatically.
Step 3: TLS happens for you
We provision the certificate through Cloudflare for SaaS as soon as the verification record is detected. No configuration needed.
SEO note: Helpdesky sets a self-canonical on your custom domain so it doesn't compete with
/help/<slug>for rankings. Your custom domain is the source of truth.
